It’s centrally located, an apartment unit inside of an early-20th century house at the #Atlanta University Center. Minutes from Mercedes Benz Stadium, Atlanta University Library, and the Castleberry Hill entertainment district. Also note it is about 10 miles from the Atlanta Airport and less than 2 miles from the center of downtown Atlanta.

The Studio apartment is set up as a living room/den with a sofabed, fridge, TV, and its own bathroom.

The other section of the apartment has two (2) full bedrooms, and a full kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, range). It also has the second bathroom.

Free parking for two vehicles and you are close enough to walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium to see the Falcons, Hawks, or Atlanta United – or attend an event in the Georgia World Congress Center.
